We are a team of professional landlords who offer a consultative service based on the interpretation of provincial laws and best practice and approach to practical events and situations that real landlords require assistance with.

All details obtained online will be held in a secure area and used only for the purpose of processing and fulfillment of client files. These include, but are not limited to, leases, notices, forms, and personal information. We do not share or sell any information with third party partners or vendors.
Renting Well Consultations can only advise you on getting a resolution to your situation quickly and easily — we are not responsible for any delays or mistakes that are caused by factors outside of our control, or for missing requirements including but not limited to: payment, unsigned applications or notices, and remittance of certificates or service.
Renting Well Consultations assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any delays caused by incomplete or incorrectly submitted applications, mail delays, or delays caused by the provincial or federal government.
Renting Well Consultations provides an online portal for clients to engage professional landlords. This site is not intended to create any solicitor-client relationship, and no such relationship is created by your reviewing the information on the site or using the services offered.

It is your responsibility to properly complete and submit all materials before such authorities or to seek such professional representation as you may require.
